This link was fixed much earlier in the day of this comment so it should have been working. I extended the code until the end of the week. You might have to hold your CTRL button while you refresh the page for the link to work. Thank you so much for commenting.
The pattern for April 9 is not free, as advertised. You get halfway through the process to get it, then it’s a long schpeel to sell an online crochet course that’s $17. And it says your free resource is on its was, but mine stopped at 50%. And there isn’t a “no thank you” option. You just keep scrolling through multiple attempts to sell this course.
Not cool. I don’t need that particular Octopus badly enough to pay $17 for a course I don’t want or need.
If you want people to buy your course, designer, then just say so and don’t offer any discount on anything in a blog hop.
I will look into this to find out what happened because as far as I know, there was an option to get the pattern for 50% off and the course that was advertised was not part of this hop. I will find out and get back to you about it. Thank you so much for letting me know.
Hi, I just clicked on the link to see what was going on and if you scroll down the page to the image that says ‘Click here for free PDF’, like the example in this post above, it takes you to this page – https://www.pocketyarnlings.com/octopus where you can fill out your name and email address and you’ll get an email with a link to download the pattern, (mine arrived within seconds of filling out the form). It’s a very detailed 29 page step by step guide with photos. Try again and you’ll probably love it. 🙂

Turns out it was just the wrong pattern linked from the designer’s page. People who went directly to the pattern page were able to use the code, but people who clicked through could not because it was the wrong pattern! I’ve updated the link here so it works now. 🙂

Hi Carol, it turns out the wrong beanie was linked in the designer’s post. I’ve updated the link and the code GETARTY works on it.
For day 29 you need to go to the right beanie on ravelry. The link on the designers website goes to the ‘Festival vibes beanie’ while the code is for the ‘Arthouse beanie’. So if you go to the designer page on ravelry en select the ‘Arthouse beanie’ the code should work fine. Thats how it worked for me.
